The Last House is a tense movie that starts with a normal family living in a quiet neighborhood. Things change when four family members suddenly get trapped inside their own house. They cannot leave and soon they realize that something outside is stopping them. However the real danger is not always easy to the understand. The family has to stay together and find a way to survive. While strange thing keep happening around them. Meanwhile the house start to feel less like a very safe place and more like a trap. Then the story slowly reveal small clues that make you question what is really happening outside. Also the movie mixes survival tension with mystery and a few scary moments. After that the pressure keeps growing as the family runs out of options. I liked how the movie keeps some answers hidden and makes you guess along with the characters. There is also a small twist that changes how you see the situation without giving away the ending.
